Hatsukoi Limited – 12(Finale)

“All I want to say is that they don’t really care about us!” (hooooooooo)

Summary: The three guys are having some issues about what to eat as for the girls who stayed at the inn for a break while still searching for them. The girls finally trail off to the ocean/coast where the guys would go to their destination. Later, the trio finally have food for their getaway trip. They then trail off to where the road leads to. As they rode their bikes, they confess why they ran away-mainly because they were rejected-, aside from Kusuda, who ran away just because he wanted to have more confidence in himself. Kusuda stops to see the ocean view as well as the other two. Kusuda runs off to the beach to confess that he loves Kei. The others do so as well[confessing who they love].

What they didn’t know is that the girls were right behind them at the time they confessed. Flustered, Kusuda and the other two make a run for it. The girls chase them excluding Koyoi who had to hold on to their bags. The first one to fall was Sogabe. Sogabe confesses to Chikura when she wipes the sand off him. The next one to stop running is Mamoru after Ayumi questions him running because he still loves Misaki. Mamoru says it felt good confessing it out just to get it over with. Ayumi cries for relief, but Yuuji and Misao witnessed the whole thing, disappointed. Lastly, Kei was able to catch up with Kusuda because she has longer legs than him.

Kusuda thought that Kei wouldn’t be attracted to him because he isn’t that good-looking. Kei admits that she likes him too. Kusuda didn’t believe it, but Kei confessed that she lied about all the stuff she said about good-looking guys. She also mentions him screaming out he loves her in the ocean, which led Kusuda running again. The others reunited. Rika(Dobashi) finally finds out that they found the guys while hanging out with her boyfriend. The next day, Ayumi has to choose between one of the Zaitsu brothers. She asks people for advice, and later, the guys.

hatsukoi_endAyumi finally makes a decision, and goes to their house. Ayumi tells Misao that she doesn’t accept the offer(from the love letter), and will continue on winning Mamoru’s love. After all, it was her first love.

Thoughts: Yay, it’s over! But I’m sort of sad because we won’t get to see any more Hatsukoi Limited. I’m really slow because I found out the manga was cancelled lol. I liked how every “main” girl(does Chikura count?) ended up with their first love. At least the anime didn’t end too badly as Special A did. >_> Wait, that’s just Gonzo lol. I didn’t really mind Yuuji ending up with Misaki. After all, it’s just her first love.

I wasn’t so sure about Hatsukoi Limited when the first episode aired, but after watching a few episodes, it was actually pretty good. I love the ED more than the OP though. What bothered me most about it was that it kept focusing on Kei and Kusuda’s route instead of the main main girl’s route, Ayumi’s. I heard from a lot of people that the Misaki route in the anime sucked, so I’ll be expecting an OVA or something to make up for it. ;) As for the series in general, it was enjoyable to watch every week.

What was so bad about Special A? I thought it was fun.

It ended, didn’t it? Seeing as how the anime ended and the current manga situation (kinda dead), there won’t be a second season, will it? GIVE ME BACK MY HATSUKOI!! T-T

Special A was ok, I guess. The only problem was that Gonzo tries so hard to make it seem ‘oh so romantic’ for two people to kiss in mid-air, but it’s so hard to believe it, unless they’re like super humans or something. In other words, Gonzo fails at romance. *shrugs*

      omfg they defy gravity! o3o

It was a friggin comedy. They did MANY absurd things all the time, a defying gravity feat was within series reason :p
